As an Arthur Murray® instructor, you'll have access to workshops, guest coaches, webinars, and advanced teacher training to continuously develop your skills.

We believe in providing comprehensive support to our instructors from day one. Every new teacher is paired with experienced leadership to help guide you through the initial stages of your teaching career.

• Leadership Support: Work closely with senior team members who will offer personalized feedback, answer questions, and assist in your professional development.

• Regular Check-ins: Our management team conducts regular check-ins to ensure you feel supported, confident, and aligned with your goals.

We offer competitive starting wages based on your experience, and as you gain experience and advance through our certification levels, your pay will increase.

In addition to your base pay, we offer incentive programs and bonus structures designed to reward you for your dedication, performance, and commitment.

Looking sharp is part of the job! We offer a clothing allowance & monthly laundry allowance to help you look and feel professional when teaching, performing, or attending studio events and competitions.
