Ballroom Dance Classes
Ballroom dancing is an elegant, classy style of dance with great history. All ballroom dances share some similar characteristics, such as gliding movements and a smooth flow which create a distinctive blend of sophistication and style.
In its early days, ballroom dancing was an activity reserved for the upper class.
The closed hold and closeness of the partners, with the man's arm resting around the woman's waist, was seen by society as completely scandalous. Because of that, people resisted this style at first. Over time, ballroom dancing grew in popularity until it became one of the most popular styles of all time.
Now people from all walks of life enjoy this style and ballroom dancing continues spreading across the world.
Some popular types of Ballroom dance include Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz & Quickstep. We also teach a fun specialty Ballroom dance - Peabody.

Many dancers love the thrill and excitement that comes with mastering the Viennese Waltz.
QUICKSTEP
Quickstep is a fun and energetic dance style that originated in the early 20th century. This dance is characterized by intricate footwork that includes fast, energetic hops, kicks, and flicks. Specialty Ballroom
PEABODY
The Peabody is unique in that it has an open, round frame. Though the dance looks deceivingly easy at first glance, like you're simply walking across the floor, it's actually based on an intricate box pattern with cross steps and lock steps. The key to this ragtime dance is fast footwork and continuous turns which make it a super fun dance.
